Wire Railing 90° Corner Insert Plate

The 90° Corner Insert Plate provides a clean and secure solution for creating 90-degree corners within NeoTimber® Wire Railing systems, allowing two separate runs of wire rope to connect neatly to a single corner post.

At a corner, the post needs to accommodate wire ropes from two adjoining bays. While the first set of wires connects to the outer face of the post in the standard way, the second requires an internal fixing point. The Corner Insert Plate slides discreetly inside the post and features pre-fixed nuts positioned to align precisely with the wire rope holes. This allows both sets of wires to remain perfectly aligned at the same heights without crossing or interfering with one another.

Manufactured from durable aluminium plate, the insert is designed to withstand the tension generated by a fully installed wire railing system while providing a strong, reliable fixing point. Once fitted, the plate is completely concealed within the post for a clean, uninterrupted finish with no additional visible hardware.

Compatibility: Designed exclusively for NeoTimber® Wire Railing systems.

Wire ropes, tensioners and threaded bolts are supplied as part of the corresponding NeoTimber® Wire Railing kit and connect directly to the pre-fixed nuts within the Corner Insert Plate.
